Conditions

• A project summary, not exceeding two pages, shall be provided.
• A summary specifically addressing the Selection Criteria, of no more than one page per criteria item, shall be provided.
• Nominations shall include detailed project plans where applicable, outlining all surveying aspects. A map or plan showing the general location shall be included.
• Photographs, models, slides or drawings may be presented. ISA reserves the right to retain and publish photographs in connection with any official announcement concerning the Awards.
• A research or academic project shall be fully documented to allow assessment with a summary of results.
• A copy of the proprietor’s authorisation for the nomination to be made and to allow publication of details of relevant features of the project shall be supplied where applicable.
