University prerequisites and recommended subjects

Prerequisites and cut-off scores for entry to university courses vary. Common prerequisites include mathematics and physics. Subjects like information technology, environmental studies, or law provide useful background.

SURVEYING DEGREES

These double-degrees lead to:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Geomatic Engineering) and Bachelor of Science
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Geomatic Engineering) and Bachelor of Arts
  • Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) Bachelor of Surveying and Civil Engineering
  • Bachelor of Surveying and Information Technology

Spatial science courses are offered in all Australian states. To view a list of courses visit the Australian Surveying and Mapping Lecturers Association >>
